Other balloon games!
Now, balloons aren't just for kids! They are great fun for everyone from the oldest to the youngest of us, and everything in between. In fact, balloons are especially awesome for senior friends, as the slow-moving balloons allow for perfect physical activity and coordination exercises to take place among a ton of fun. Besides balloon volleyball, there are many other activities that you can try!
Balloon soccer: This is really more keep-ups than soccer. You can use your head, chest, knees, and foot to keep the balloon bouncing for as long as possible without touching any walls, obstacles, or the ground. For senior friends that can stand comfortably, this is a great way to stay coordinated with your whole body.
There are two versions of balloon soccer you can play: one, stand in a circle with a group of friends, and using anything but your hands, try to keep the ball up for as long as possible! Two, you can try playing a modified version of the Southeast Asian Sepak Takraw: Essentially foot volleyball, use any part of your body but your hands to kick, head, or chest the balloon to the other side of the net!
Balloon dodgeball: This is played the same way as good old traditional dodgeball. Pick two teams, and try to hit the other team with the balloon! You must hit other players directly without the balloon touching the ground in the process in order for them to be out.

BALLOON VOLLEYBALL

Balloon volleyball is a fun indoor game where players hit a balloon over a net (or an imaginary line) without letting it touch the ground. It can be played one-on-one or in teams, using hands or any body part to keep the balloon in the air.
It's a safe and easy game for all ages, great for parties, classrooms, or small spaces. All you need is an inflated balloon and some sort of barrier to act as a “net”. You can play simple keep-up rallies, or you can compete for points!
If you are playing comeptitively, you can play first to 10 in a best-of-three matchup. Play one on one, two on two, or three on three. Or, if you'd like, make up the rules however you want!
